Pearces of Oxford, has added a new 12.8m, 72-seat Plaxton Leopard to its fleet. The new Volvo B8R, has a ZF gearbox, leather seats and under-seat lighting.
It joins other Plaxton vehicles introduced to Pearces’ fleet over the past two years, including Cheetah XL, Panther Cub, B9 Leopard and Euro6 Panther models.
“We have been in business for over 50 years and remain focused on providing quality, class-leading services that meet the needs of each and every customer group,” says managing director Martin Pearce. “To do that we need pace-setting vehicles that perform well every day, week after week, month after month, and which have passenger appeal.
“Our partnership with Plaxton has been a vital part of our growing success.
“A large part of our business is generated through corporate work, private hires, contracts with educational establishments, and tours to venues such as Blenheim Palace, so we tend to focus on high-specification vehicles that can be deployed on many fronts. The Plaxton range gives us that level of flexibility and the new Leopard is another welcome addition to our fleet.”
