Consultancy TAS has appointed three new members to its team: Ben Sharman, John Porter and Rowan Smithen.
Sharman studied computer programming at the University of Derby and joins from home emergency repairs business HomeServe PLC, with experience in front-line query handling and data integrity analysis, and risk management.
John Porter studied Information Systems at the University of Central Lancashire, after which he was at BAE Systems, where he worked across multiple projects before specialising in accounting systems.
Having studied performing arts Rowan Smithen was seeking an apprenticeship to move forward and develop her qualifications.
“These three new, young, bright and enthusiastic additions to our team are an honour to welcome and work with”, says Sarah Huntley, managing director, TAS. “Consultancy is often challenging, and our office is so diverse and unique that even at the best of times, it can be difficult to fit in instantly, but Rowan, John and Ben have each handled themselves with grace and maturity well beyond their years.”
The TAS Partnership provides consultancy on bus network analysis and design, concessionary fares, rail services, light rail and bus rapid transit, rural services and networks, and market research and analysis.
