Bullocks Coaches has introduced a new Plaxton Leopard to its expanding fleet. A fourth-generation family business that has been operating for over 90 years, Bullocks provides coach hire for schools, business travel, sports teams and clients such as the BBC Philharmonic and the Halle Orchestra, while also operating holiday programmes across the UK and mainland Europe.
The new 12.9m, 72-seat B8R Leopard has a ZF automatic gearbox, air-conditioning throughout, all-age safety belts and CCTV. It has gone into service on large school contracts operated across Cheshire and Greater Manchester by the Cheadle-based company.
“Since 1928 we have been building a reputation for high quality, value for money coach travel that combines luxury with unrivalled customer care,” says director Alan Bullock. “To sustain our reputation and our long-term ambitions we have to remain constantly focused on the introduction of low emission, environment friendly, high performing vehicles that have a real street presence and make a statement about our business. The new Leopard is a welcome addition.”
