EVM “kerb appeal” at Roy’s Travels

New for Roy’s Travels of Cardiff is this EVM Sprinter Elegance. Roy’s Travels’ new coach is an air-conditioned Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 516CDI with 163bhp 2.1-litre four-cylinder Euro 5 engine. It has 16 Politecnica Rally seats, a DVD player with monitor, a Pioneer sound-system with iPod docking and decorative curtains. The company only operates minicoaches, and chose the Mercedes because of its reliability and extensive dealer network. The EVM conversion was selected for its “kerb appeal”.

The coach is fitted with a towing hook and for groups with luggage Roy’s Travels provides a two-axle 3.2m-long trailer built by specialist Stockport-based manufacturer Bateson Trailers.
