Batley-based Star Coaches has taken delivery of a new Plaxton Panther on a Volvo B9R chassis,  the fourth new Plaxton for the growing company.  It is a 12.8m-long 53-seater. Star Coaches managing director Imran Dabhad says: “Plaxton have been very attentive to our needs as a business and offer an attractive product in the latest Panther. We wanted a Volvo-based vehicle with the quality of support we have experienced with our previous Plaxton purchases. The result is a good looking coach which is proving very popular with our customers and drivers.”

Star Coaches was founded in 1982 with one new minibus and has grown to a current fleet strength of 13 modern vehicles including two Cheetahs and a Profile.
